"Studies show that cocoa helps improve memory in healthy adults by stimulating the processes of neurogenesis and angiogenesis - the formation of new brain cells and blood vessels," says Love.


In addition, eating chocolate can reduce the risk of stroke, making it not only delicious, but also a powerful ally in the fight to preserve cognitive functions.


Black rice


Black rice, unlike white rice, contains many polyphenols, which have a beneficial effect on the state of the intestinal microflora, which, in turn, has a positive effect on the brain.


"What's good for the gut is good for the brain," Love explains.


He compares black rice to other superfoods like blueberries and coffee, highlighting its potential to support brain and body health in general.


Wild salmon


Fatty fish like wild salmon are one of the healthiest superfoods out there.


"It's really great for the brain," says Love.


He emphasizes the importance of choosing wild salmon because it is an optimal source of omega-3 fatty acids, such as DHA, which have a beneficial effect on the brain.
