Now the situation in the aggressor country of Russia is the same as it was before the collapse of the Soviet Union, economist Valery Pekar wrote about this on Facebook. According to him, the Russians are developing a lack of security and stability
As Valery Pekar noted, in the last years of the existence of the Soviet Union, something constantly exploded, burned, drowned, fell and broke. Then, according to him, they said it was karma. However, as the expert emphasizes, it was not karma, but a consequence of the management system's inadequacy with the challenges it faces. Flooding in Russia "It's the same in Russia now. There will be more," Pekar emphasized. According to him, this is good, because it creates a feeling of lack of security and stability in people, which will eventually lead to a split in the elites. "But there is one problem that bothers me. The problem is that we have the same problem with the management system," the expert added. We will remind you that the "Comments" portal said that the situation in Orsk has changed the social contract in Russia, now the government, due to its powerlessness, cannot offer its population anything in place of the fact that it is allowed to steal and pursue its interests with impunity. In particular, residents of flooded regions refuse to evacuate because they are afraid of looting, and the Russian authorities are unable to provide security. In addition, people are offered to create their own monthly supply of water. And this infuriates ordinary Russians. That is, according to experts, the first "black swans" are coming to the Russian authorities, although they are small so far, but there will be more of them over time. At the same time, in their opinion, Ukraine should use all these situations with injustice in the informational struggle against the aggressor country.
By the way, it became known that the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has no intention of visiting the flooded territories of Russia, although people are begging him for help. Instead, the prosecutor's office threatens to arrest all those who plan to go to the protests.
