How to help an addict not break up after treatment

After this period, he still needs rehabilitation, which would help him not to "break down".

A person who regularly takes drugs gradually loses touch with the real world. Before treatment, he spent most of his time among the same sick people, and his interests were reduced to receiving a dose and a short period of "high" after its use. In order to acquire new healthy interests and goals in life, isolation in a special institution and the cessation of breakdowns are not enough, and social and medical rehabilitation must be inseparable. Therefore, the rehabilitation period after discharge from the drug addiction clinic is very important. After all, it depends on him whether a person will return to a normal life or break down again, finding himself without round-the-clock monitoring by doctors.

Immediately after leaving the clinic, such an opportunity is great. After all, drug addiction is a chronic disease that can cause relapses. And the constant monitoring of a person's condition, which is carried out by specialists during outpatient treatment, allows timely application of pharmacological correction or psychotherapeutic help.

Drug addiction treatment is impossible without a rehabilitation stage - because after leaving the walls of the hospital, a person can return to drug use again. During this period, the addict is under the constant supervision of specialists, communicates in groups of former comrades and gets the opportunity to start studying and working again.

And it should be reminded that a drug addict constantly needs your help on this path.
