It's like you're trying to develop a diet and follow certain prohibitions for the third time, but every time something goes wrong. Or we don't even know what prevents us from losing weight and what habit has a detrimental effect on our figure. What prevents us on the way to a harmonious appearance?
"For dessert"
Many of us are used to leaving all the most delicious food "for dessert" in order to enjoy it slowly in the evening after work. But it so happened that this food is usually high in calories, and eating it before going to bed leads to weight gain.
In order not to deny yourself your favorite delicacies, you need to eat them in the first half of the day. This especially applies to breakfast, which is simply necessary for a healthy person. More often there is a diet that does not include breakfast, lunch in it consists of a small amount of food, and dinner is hearty and of considerable volume. So, in order to lose weight, you need to do exactly the opposite.
"Inventories"
A habit that may not be conscious, but will certainly lead to overeating or breaking the rules of nutrition. If you always have different cookies, candies, and snacks in your nightstand at home, and healthy products are bought as needed, then every time the second one is not at hand, the first ones will come into play.
Don't buy a lot of sweets and other junk food. Take a small amount on the day you plan to eat them. But there should always be enough vegetables, nuts and other products from which you can make a healthy snack.
"From extreme to extreme"
This is a habit of most of those who lose weight, which inhibits the results of all efforts. When a person realizes that it is time to go on a diet, he sharply forbids himself all hearty dishes, switches to only salads and water, reduces portions.
What does she get as a result? Psychological stress, which often turns into failure and overeating. Feeling unwell and weak due to a sharp decrease in the source of energy. And also stress for the body, which causes it to start storing fat instead of burning it. Changes in nutrition should be smooth, adequate and beneficial to the body - only then will the diet have a visual effect.
"The Battle is Over"
As we have already said, a strict diet can lead to a breakdown. But this is not the only danger that can await you. A bad day at work, an argument, failure, excitement, just did a rash act and succumbed to weaknesses - and now you broke all the rules of your diet in one day. But this is not a mistake.
It is much worse to immediately give up after the first failure. It takes time to form the right habits, and during this time there may be more than one such failure. The main thing is not to give up and work on your mistakes, and not to restore the old approach to nutrition.
"Under the cinema"
Taking food while watching TV series in the evening is a risky decision for those who want to start watching their figure. While watching a movie or series, we don't notice how quickly we eat a normal portion of food. The body does not receive a signal that it has had enough and it seems that it needs to eat something else. Without being distracted from the movie, a person goes to the refrigerator for a supplement and overeats, at least twice!
There are two solutions here: define a clear portion that you eat "for the movie", forbid yourself to take the supplement and try to eat slowly, or completely refuse meals in front of the screen if you cannot control it yet.
the lemma of excess weight will bother you more and more.
No, you don't need to spend every evening at the gym, but you must include other activities in your schedule: tennis, running or football, walks in the fresh air, exercising in the morning.
"What year is it?"
Sounding the alarm when you can't fit into your favorite pants is a bad idea. The more a person has gained excess weight, the more time and effort will be needed to lose it. You need to regularly think about whether everything suits you in your figure and change your habits or approach to the rhythm of life, if you notice changes that are not for the better.
