There is growing concern among Poles about a possible war with Russia

Politician and public figure Miroslav Cech said that there is growing anxiety in Polish society about possible military aggression from Russia.

“There is growing anxiety in Polish society about a possible war with Russia. The Poles are beginning to understand that war is approaching them too. Prime Minister Tusk speaks about this openly. He says that Poland is in a pre-war situation. Therefore, the Poles take this quite seriously. Over the past two years, when Ukraine was winning at the fronts, the Poles were less worried. Now the level of anxiety among the Poles is growing," Cech said.

The politician noted that the Poles are aware of the level of threat from Russia.

“Today, when more and more reports are heard that the occupiers are advancing, and the Americans are not providing Ukraine with the necessary assistance, Poland may be the next target. After all, such statements have been repeatedly heard from Putin and Medvedev. Therefore, the understanding of the threat from the Russian Federation is there are Poles,” he added.
