The Islamic State is responsible for the terrorist attack in the suburbs of Moscow

 According to the experts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the terrorist group "Islamic State" is involved in the terrorist attack in "Crocus City Hall" in the suburbs of Moscow.

Details: Russian authorities said they had detained four attackers and seven other people involved in the March 22 terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall, which, according to Russian authorities, killed at least 133 civilians.

Russian sources also released footage of Russian security forces interrogating people who either speak Russian poorly or communicate through translators.

According to reports, Russia is delaying the delivery of two S-400 air defense systems to India, which is likely due to limitations in the production of S-400 systems in Russia, the growing need for air defense systems to protect Russian cities and strategic enterprises from Ukrainian strikes drones, as well as reports of worsening relations between Russia and India.

Russian troops have made confirmed advances near Avdiivka and Donetsk, as well as in the western part of the Zaporizhzhia region.

On March 23, Putin signed a law exempting citizens from criminal liability if they are drafted or sign a contract for military service.
